About Us

Dr. Ajaz Omer Khan is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He continues to meet the requirements of his specialty medical board for ongoing learning and assessment, which shows his commitment to lifelong learning and ongoing self-evaluation to improve his practice. Dr. Khan did his family practice residency at the renowned John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. He then went on to do a fellowship at the University of Knoxville in Tennessee, the region's only level 1 trauma center- which is the highest designation available. After completing his fellowship, for the next 20+ years, he went above and beyond, providing the highest level of care to patients and families as an emergency room doctor. In 2019, he left emergency medicine and pursued his passion for family primary care. He established Aymancare, which is a family practice providing comprehensive health care for people of all ages. At Aymancare, we focus on the whole well-being by using data and technology to coordinate services and enhance care. 

We provide not only routine wellness care but also the following services and treatments for overall mental, and physical health:
